Our co-founders, Robin McCarthy and Will Fleiss both have experience as marketing operators bringing companies from start to IPO and acquisition, (Outbrain, Knewton, Progyny, Bakpax)  as well as leading teams of experts at world-renowned agencies (Ogilvy, Converseon)

Will Fleiss - co-founder, CEO, Shared Audiences

Will Fleiss, Co-Founder & CEO

Will started Shared Audiences after spending over 18 years leading growth marketing, content, SEO and SEM at large and small tech companies and agencies. Previously he was Global Head of Content Marketing at Outbrain, Head of Search Marketing at Ogilvy, and SEO specialist for brands like 3M and Siemens. Will co-founded the VC-backed edtech company Bakpax (acquired by Teachers Pay Teachers), and led marketing at Knewton (acquired by Wiley). He lives in Weston, CT, with his wife, two girls, and dog (who you will often hear snoring on Zoom calls).


Robin McCarthy, Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

Robin is an online performance and growth marketer with over 20 years of experience in SEM, Display Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PR, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and more.  Helping businesses meet their goals is her primary KPI.  Previously she was VP of Marketing at Progyny, a fertility benefits company she helped build from a web-directory start-up into a $149.5M IPO.  She lives in Jersey City, NJ.

Mike Moran, Chief Strategy Officer

Mike is an expert in digital marketing, search technology, and web analytics, who regularly makes speaking appearances. He is the co-author of the best-selling Search Engine Marketing, Inc., the author of the award-winning Internet marketing book, Do It Wrong Quickly, as well as the co-author of the 2016 book, Outside-In Marketing: Using Big Data to Guide Your Content Marketing. Previously, Mike spent 30 years at IBM, retiring as a Distinguished Engineer, an executive-level technical position. Mike held various roles in his IBM career, including eight years at IBM’s customer-facing website, ibm.com, managing several redesigns of IBM’s website, including the implementation and management of its website search engine and developing its first search marketing program. Mike also worked on text analytics projects at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center for six years and holds 12 US patents. He lives in Jersey  City, NJ.

Jonathan Andrade, Digital Marketing Specialist

Jonathan is a paid media & e-commerce specialist, with a background in sales operations. He has launched several e-commerce brands in the health food and pet spaces, and was previously Vice President of Operations for Anfasales Distributors, a B2B housewares service company for supermarkets. He lives in Milford, CT.
