How to Calculate CPM (Cost Per Mille)

CPM, or Cost Per Mille, is a metric used in advertising to measure the cost of reaching 1,000 impressions. To calculate CPM, you can use the following formula:

$$CPM = \left( \frac{\text{Total Cost of Campaign}}{\text{Total Impressions}} \right) \times 1,000$$

For example, if a campaign costs $500 and generates 50,000 impressions, the calculation is:

$$CPM = \left( \frac{500}{50,000} \right) \times 1,000 = 10$$

This means you are spending $10 for every 1,000 impressions.
